BiH Parliament HoR's Constitutional Committee rejects the principles of the Bill on state property

SARAJEVO, January 21 (FENA) – The Constitutional Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not determine the compliance of the Bill on State Property with the Constitution and legal system of BiH, nor did it support its principles. The Bill was proposed by MPs Jasmin Emrić, Šemsudin Mehmedović, Aida Baručija, and Elvis Hodžić.
