Bosniak delegates invoke vital interest protection mechanism over RS property rights law

SARAJEVO, January 29 (FENA) – At today’s session of the Joint Commission of the National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska (RSNA) and the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska for the harmonisation of laws, regulations and acts, no agreement was reached on the Law Amending the Law on Property Rights. The act will therefore be forwarded to the Council for the Protection of Vital Interests of the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska for consideration and a final decision.
