SARAJEVO, February 9 (FENA) – The preliminary assessment of election day by the 'Pod lupom' Coalition regarding the repeat early elections for president of Republika Srpska indicates that the electoral process, viewed exclusively through the methodology of direct observation at polling stations, largely proceeded in accordance with applicable legal rules and prescribed procedures.
