Court of BiH confirms indictment in Dragan Jevtić et al. concerning the criminal offense of genocide

SARAJEVO, February 13 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment against the accused Dragan Jevtić, Slavko Bogićević and Damjan Lazarević, who are charged that they committed the criminal offense of genocide under Article 171 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH).
