BiH House of Peoples adjourned due to lack of quorum after Serb delegates leave

SARAJEVO, February 17 (FENA) – An emergency session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina was adjourned at the very beginning, during the adoption of the agenda, due to a lack of quorum.
