Trnka: 'Srpska kuća' in Brčko unconstitutional and illegal

SARAJEVO, March 8 (FENA) – Constitutional law professor Kasim Trnka assessed the request by the Government of Republika Srpska (RS) to establish a working unit of the Hospitality Service in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the purchase of a facility that RS has named the 'Srpska kuća' (Serb House), as unconstitutional and illegal, emphasizing that it represents a violation of the Final Arbitral Award for Brčko.
