AKOP: Illegal IPTV services expanding in BiH, laws exist but are not enforced

SARAJEVO, March 19 (FENA) – The Association of Cable Operators and Network Service Distributors (AKOP) of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced today that the country’s regulations provide a legal framework to combat illegal IPTV operators, but that enforcement is lacking, while pirated services are rapidly expanding and increasingly being openly offered to users without paying fees to copyright holders.
