BiH makes no substantial progress in media legislation reform despite assumed obligations

SARAJEVO, March 24 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina made no substantial progress in reforming media legislation in 2025, despite obligations within the European integration process, and key laws on electronic media, electronic communications, and transparent media ownership remain unadopted. This was stated today in Sarajevo during the presentation of a study monitoring progress in the reform process for media legislation, published by Mediacentar under the title 'Protection of Media Freedoms in BiH: Progress Monitoring Study I.'
