RS Government plans to initiate removal of genocide denial prohibition from BiH Criminal Code

BANJA LUKA, April 17 (FENA) – The Government of the entity of Republika Srpska will initiate amendments to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina aimed at abolishing the provision that prohibits denial, justification or trivialization of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, as well as the glorification of individuals convicted of such crimes by final court rulings.
