BiH Council of Ministers fails to declare July 11 a Day of Mourning

SARAJEVO, July 10 (FENA) – Due to the lack of a quorum required for decision-making, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not consider a proposal to declare July 11 a Day of Mourning in Bosnia and Herzegovina during its 79th extraordinary telephone session, the Council of Ministers said in a statement.
