SARAJEVO, August 27 (FENA) – Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović said that war criminal Ratko Mladić will remain written in black letters in the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe and the world, and that the final judgment of the ICTY has forever placed him among the most brutal killers of the 20th century.
