Zornić: CEC BiH decision on ballots is unconstitutional, voters' rights have been violated

SARAJEVO, September 14 (FENA) – Azra Zornić, a member of the Association of Independent Intellectuals 'Circle 99', said today that she had filed an appeal with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Appellate Division, pursuant to Article 6.9 of the BiH Election Law, against the Central Election Commission's decision on the design and content of the ballot for the member of the BiH Presidency for the 2026 General Elections. The decision was adopted on July 23 but was not published until August 4, despite her request of July 27, she said.
