SREBRENICA, September 17 (FENA) – The Srebrenica Memorial Center has filed a formal complaint with UEFA against the Football Association of Serbia (FSS) over the way it handled events following the derby between Red Star Belgrade and Partizan, when an image of war criminal Ratko Mladić was displayed in the stands alongside the message “Straight to Potočari” (Pravac Potočari).
