MOSTAR, September 18 (FENA) – The "Under the Magnifier" Coalition has recorded 794 election irregularities since the start of its monitoring of the electoral process, with the most common including the misuse of public resources and premature campaigning, it was said Friday in Mostar at a press conference held by the non-governmental organization.
