SARAJEVO, September 24 (FENA) – All scanners that will be used in the upcoming General Elections have arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the distribution of the devices and ballots to city and municipal election commissions will begin on Sunday, September 27, Central Election Commission (CEC) BiH President Jovan Kalaba said at today's session.
