BiH Constitutional Court bans funding for RS lobbying aimed at objectives contrary to Constitution

SARAJEVO, September 25 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ruling on a request by Denis Zvizdić, first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, has determined that certain acts and activities of the Republika Srpska entity related to budget funding of lobbying are not in accordance with the Constitution of BiH and has banned payments for lobbying activities whose objectives are contrary to the Constitution, decisions of the Constitutional Court and the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
