RS Constitutional Affairs Committee: Ownerless property law in RS in line with BiH Constitution

BANJA LUKA, October 29 (FENA) - The Constitutional Affairs Committee of the RS National Assembly considers that the provisions of the RS Law on Inheritance and the Law on Non-Contentious Proceedings concerning so-called ownerless property are not contrary to the Constitution of BiH and that regulating these matters falls within the competence of the entities, the RS National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić said today.
