SARAJEVO, October 8 (FENA) - Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) member Suad Arnautović said the introduction of new election technologies had been accompanied by a wave of disinformation aimed at undermining confidence in the electoral process and the institution overseeing it.
