CEC BiH orders manual recount at polling stations with discrepancies in ballot counts

SARAJEVO, October 22 (FENA) - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina today issued an order instructing the Main Counting Center to establish the exact voter turnout and conduct a control manual count of ballots and determine the voting results at polling stations where discrepancies have been identified, based on reports from the information system, between the number of ballots recorded through manual and electronic counting and the data from biometric devices.
