High-quality honey from BiH faces unfair competition from grey market

LIVNO, November 3 (FENA) – Honey adulteration through the addition of sugar syrups, improper processing of unripe honey, and the sale of products without labels or information on their origin pose serious problems on the Bosnia and Herzegovina market, warned Stipe Čelan of the Food and Veterinary Institute of Canton 10.
