WASHINGTON, November 5 (FENA) – The results of the US elections, in which Democrats won control of both chambers of Congress, will not lead to a radical shift in US foreign policy towards Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans, but could result in significantly greater congressional engagement in the region, former US Special Representative for the Western Balkans Matthew Palmer told FENA.
