SARAJEVO, March 10 (FENA) - BiH Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija spoke today with the heads of government of Republika Srpska Radovan Višković and the Federation of BiH, Fadil Novalić, in Sarajevo on the current situation regarding the emergence of coronaviruses.
At the meeting, which was attended by ministers at the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Civil Affairs Ankica Gudeljević and Security Minister Fahrudin Radončić, they discussed additional measures regarding the rapid spread of infectious diseases and contagion of Covid-19. It was recommended to the Ministry of Security to introduce a temporary ban on entry into BiH for foreign nationals coming from areas with intense coronavirus transmission.
This is in relation to persons residing in Italy, and provinces of the People's Republic of China, South Korea, and Iran.
At the meeting, it was emphasized that the epidemiological situation in the country is not dramatic and that the competent institutions are taking all the necessary preventive measures in accordance with the recommendations of epidemiologists and the World Health Organization.
