SARAJEVO, March 18 (FENA) - A member of the FBih Civil Protection Crisis Staff on behalf of the FBiH Ministry of Health, Marina Bera, told reporters today that according to the latest information available, there are a total of nine confirmed cases of coronavirus in the FBiH, out of 114 tested in total.

"We have more than 8,000 people under medical monitoring, isolation and self-isolation. We have three positive cases at the Mostar University Clinical Hospital. I must point out that several persons have been tested and that except for these three cases, all others tested negative. Some people have been tested several times, the tests came negative, that is, they are not infected with coronavirus," Bera said.

She pointed out that the newborn baby also tested negative.

According to her, the hospital has taken all the steps in line with professional standards, "it emptied its premises, some patients were discharged home, some were relocated, all rooms have been disinfected."

"Measures are still being taken, and a number of persons, seven of them to be precise, are in isolation at the Mostar University Clinical Hospital, which has been prepared precisely for these situations," said Bera.
