Four BiH food products receive a label of protected geographical origin

SARAJEVO, June 11 (FENA) - Four food products received a geographical label of origin during last year, according to the Report on the Work of the Commission for Registration of Designations of Origin, Geographical Indications and Assignment of Guarantees of Guaranteed Traditional Food Specialties in BiH for 2020, proposed by the BiH Food Safety Agency.

These are 'Visočka pećenica' traditional dry-cured beef meat (Association of meat processors "Producers of Visoko pećenica and sudžuk"), Nevesinje potatoes (Association of producers of potatoes "Nevesinje"), Livno cheese (Association for the Protection of the Origin of Livno cheese) and Livno original cheese (Association of indigenous Livno cheese producers "Cincar"), stated the Council of Ministers of BiH.
