SIPA arrests six persons suspected of war crimes against civilian population

SARAJEVO, December 13 (FENA) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today arrested six persons in the area of Sarajevo and Goražde due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal acts of war crime against the civilian population, organizing groups of people and incitement to commit criminal acts of war crimes and violations of laws or customs of war, prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

The arrested persons will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina after criminal processing at SIPA's premises, the SIPA announced.
