BANJA LUKA/SARAJEVO, October 1 (FENA) - The adoption of the draft law on the special register and the work of non-profit organizations is another in a series of confirmations that the regime in Republika Srpska has crossed all the red lines on the way to an open dictatorship, assessed in an interview with FENA Srđan Blagovčanin, President of the Board of Directors of Transparency International in BiH.
