LGBTI persons in BiH still without full protection amid discrimination, violence, legal invisibility

SARAJEVO, May 17 (FENA) – On the occasion of May 17, the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia, the Sarajevo Open Center recalls that the state of human rights of LGBTI persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina is still characterized by deep contradictions between the formal legal framework and everyday reality marked by discrimination, violence and social exclusion.
