BANJA LUKA, March 13 (FENA) – The 20th special session of the National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska has begun in Banja Luka, with two items on the agenda – the Draft Constitution of the RS and the Bill on the Protection of the Constitutional Order of the RS, under an urgent procedure, at the request of the RS president.
