RSNA adopts controversial amendments to Criminal Code, prison sentences for displaying ARBiH flag

BANJA LUKA, July 9 (FENA) – The National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska (RSNA) adopted today, under an urgent procedure, amendments to the RS Criminal Code introducing prison sentences of up to three years for "publicly displaying, showing, wearing or promoting symbols, flags, insignia, greetings and slogans that glorify the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina".
