Škobić rejects Nikšić’s vision of BiH, says constituent peoples are foundation of the constitution

MOSTAR, May 2 (FENA) – The FBiH Minister of Justice, Vedran Škobić, has responded to statements made by the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Nermin Nikšić, regarding the constitutional structure of the country, particularly addressing the claim that “respect for the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights is a fundamental principle of the Constitution of BiH.”
