BiH Attorney General's Office requests exclusion of state property from bankruptcy estate

SARAJEVO, August 5 (FENA) – The Attorney General's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has submitted an urgent request to the Municipal Court in Mostar to exclude state-owned property from the bankruptcy estate. It also submitted a request to the Municipal Court in Čapljina to register a prohibition on the disposal and alienation of parcels and buildings owned by the state of BiH.
