BiH Attorney General’s Office challenges selection of the bidder in Banja Luka property purchase

SARAJEVO, September 5 (FENA) – The Attorney General’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the legal representative of BiH institutions in the protection of property and property interests, informs the public that, acting from the position of safeguarding the public interest, it has undertaken legal steps within its jurisdiction to challenge the Decision on the selection of the most favorable bidder in the procedure for collecting offers to purchase an existing building in the Banja Luka area.
