O’Brien urges Bosnia and Herzegovina to fulfill Dayton’s European vision

SARAJEVO, October 9 (FENA) – The future of Bosnia and Herzegovina lies in its integration into European and transatlantic institutions, said James O’Brien, former adviser to Madeleine Albright and one of the participants in drafting the Dayton Peace Agreement, reminding that the 'promise of Dayton' remains unfinished, but that attempts to renegotiate it under current circumstances would be risky.
