RS Government is using a World Bank loan to repay the debts of public healthcare institutions

BANJA LUKA, November 18 (FENA) – A World Bank loan of more than 75 million KM will be used to settle the debts of ten public healthcare institutions in Republika Srpska. The loan will be repaid by the RS Government, that is, by taxpayers through the RS budget.
