SARAJEVO, April 1 (FENA) – Following a session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ministers Edin Forto and Elmedin Konaković said the meeting brought no significant progress, pointing to a lack of political will for key reform processes and the continuation of institutional blockades.
