SARAJEVO, November 20 (FENA) – BiH Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković (NiP) described the meeting with U.S. Chargé d’Affaires John Ginkel on the Southern Interconnection project as one of the most positive in recent times. The discussion focused on the project’s progress and the possibility of a U.S. company financing, building, and managing it through a concession or partnership with the FBiH government.
