BANJA LUKA, January 27 (FENA) – After years of stagnation, representatives of the two entity ministries of energy, three power utilities, the Independent System Operator, and the State Electricity Regulatory Commission today reached an agreement on urgent coordination aimed at stabilizing the transmission grid and ensuring energy security.
