BANJA LUKA, February 23 (FENA) – The Prime Minister of the RS entity, Savo Minić, met today with the Head of the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Rick Holtzapple, to discuss a range of important issues, including the rule of law, improving electoral processes through the introduction of new technologies, and the functionality and integrity of the judiciary.
