RCC and ETF sign MoU to formalize cooperation in human capital development

SARAJEVO, March 20 (FENA) - The European Training Foundation (ETF) and the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) setting out a collaboration framework for the improvement of human capital development, economic integration, and social cohesion in the Western Balkans. The agreement formally recognises a shared commitment to address common challenges through coordinated action and the involvement of key regional stakeholders, with a focus on aligning standards with those of the European Union.
