Zvizdić files CC appeal over RS budget funds used for lobbying against Bosnia and Herzegovina

SARAJEVO, April 13 (FENA) – Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić today submitted to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a Request for resolution of a dispute between the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the entity of Republika Srpska over the unconstitutional and unlawful allocation of budget funds from the Republika Srpska entity budget for lobbying against Bosnia and Herzegovina, through the budget line “Transfers to the Representative Offices of Republika Srpska Abroad.”
