SARAJEVO, April 20 (FENA) – Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nikola Špirić (SNSD) said today in Sarajevo that the Speaker of the House had scheduled both an emergency and a regular session for today outside the Rules of Procedure, which require agreement on scheduling sessions.
