No quorum again in BiH House of Peoples due to SNSD absence

SARAJEVO, April 27 (FENA) – An urgent session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina began, but once again it is not attended by three delegates from SNSD, meaning there is no quorum for work.
