BANJA LUKA, May 6 (FENA) – The rulebook regulating the refund of value-added tax (VAT) on the purchase of a first property will soon be sent into the adoption procedure. All citizens who registered their property after April 12, 2025, will be eligible for the refund, said Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Minister of Finance and Treasury, Srđan Amidžić.
