NEW YORK, May 12 (FENA) – High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt warned today before the United Nations Security Council that Bosnia and Herzegovina is on an increasingly narrow path between institutional stabilization and further political stagnation, assessing that the country is facing a continuing crisis of institutional functionality and political responsibility.
