SARAJEVO, June 5 (FENA) – Utility companies in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina need to be strengthened through skilled professional staff capable of delivering quality services to users, as well as resources that will enable the development of these companies, participants concluded at the two-day conference "Communal Forum FBiH 2026 – The Future of Utility Services: Digitalization, Efficiency, Sustainability," which ended today in Sarajevo.
