EU and CoE provide €2.2 million to strengthen an independent and efficient BiH Constitutional Court

SARAJEVO, June 25 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a key institution for protecting human rights and ensuring the rule of law. Respect for and implementation of its decisions is one of the most important indicators of democratic stability and progress on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s path toward Europe, it was stated at the launch of the new joint project by the European Union and the Council of Europe, titled 'Supporting Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina through Constitutional Justice'.
