Sarajevo, June 30 (FENA) – The Appeals Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 29 issued its second-instance ruling in the case of Miodrag Malić, rejecting as unfounded both the appeal filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the appeal filed by the defense, thereby upholding the ruling of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
