Survey: One in four employees in BiH would trade a pay raise for more vacation days

SARAJEVO, July 10 (FENA) – According to the results of a survey conducted by the MojPosao.ba portal, employees in Bosnia and Herzegovina have an average of 21.6 days of annual leave, while they would like to have nearly 30 days. At the same time, more than half expect a holiday allowance, and one in four respondents would be willing to exchange part of a pay raise for additional days off.
