Party for BiH: CEC BiH is not authorized to change the Election Law through bylaws

SARAJEVO, July 26 (FENA) – The Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina (SBiH) said that the decision by the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) not to print candidates’ first and last names on parliamentary election ballots, but only their numbers, raises serious legal and practical questions regarding the conduct of the 2026 General Elections.
