SARAJEVO, August 13 (FENA) – The request received by the European Commission from Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations (MVTEO) concerning the calculation of the default value applied to electricity exports from BiH to the European Union does not seek a general exemption from the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), but rather concerns technical aspects of CBAM implementation, the European Commission told FENA.
